Romi has a successful background in residential construction and designs; throughout the past 15 years, she has seen from start to finish many new builds and high-end renovations, as both the principal/owner and of her own construction management company
Romi’s keen eye for interior design and top-notch construction has its roots in New York City, where she earned a BSc in Marketing and Communications from the famed Fashion Institute of Technology
Her early plans for a career in advertising and marketing in the Big Apple took a major detour in 1992, when on a backpacking tour of Europe she met and fell in love with a charming Canadian. Married for 30 happy years, Romi and James have two beautiful daughters, both graduates of Queens University and a fur baby Goldendoodle named Indie.
In addition to her experience in construction, Romi brings endless enthusiasm and energy to every aspect of her life and career. She loves to work closely with her clients in order to best match their expectations with the current real estate market.
